Simple Christmas Cookies

I had so much fun making these with my sister Becca and my sister-in-law Gemina. Becca made both chocolate and regular sugar cookie dough and we did all sorts of shapes and sizes. Sometimes it’s nice not having a plan and just having fun with the decorating. I especially loved how the bite-sized Christmas trees turned out. We got the idea for the penguins here. If only it were Christmas all year. But I will follow Elf’s advice… “treat everyday as if it were christmas” .. and keep trying new cookies.
