Greek Pizza
This is one of my favorite pizzas of all time. This comes from my sister Becca’s blog – thanks for the great recipe and photo! 😉
Greek Pizza
- 12 inch par-baked thin pizza crust – see thin pizza crust recipe
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or a fresh minced garlic clove
- 1/2 cup of feta
- sun-dried tomatoes
- chopped baby spinach (use a lot because it really cooks down)
- sliced red onions
- 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
- sliced peperoncini
- kalamata olives (optional)
- more feta on top
Spread mayonnaise on the thin pizza crust. Sprinkle with just a bit of garlic powder and feta cheese. Feel free to use fresh minced garlic instead of garlic powder. Next add the greek toppings. I love to use sun dried tomatoes, chopped baby spinach, red onions, oregano, and peperoncini. Add greek olives if desired and sprinkle with more feta cheese. Bake at 500 F on a pizza stone for 4-6 minutes, or until the cheese is warmed and the crust is a nice golden brown.
