Simple CTR cookies
I made these for a good friend’s baptism. I did not have time to make anything fancy – this took place the same weekend as two birthday parties, and an elementary school promotion. Because they were freshly baked, they were still enjoyed by everyone, even though they were not as fancy as other CTR cookies I have made. Edible ink markers make decorating these cookies a breeze. Simply bake the cookies and cover with royal icing. Allow the cookies to dry overnight. The next day draw on the design. That is it! So many applications to decorating with edible ink markers. This made making CTR cookies a breeze.
