Mexican Style Crepes
If you like my tres leches cake, you will love these Mexican style crepes. They are so good they deserve their own blogpost. We think we invented this version of a crepe, but quien sabe.
Mexican Style Crepes
- 24 prepared crepes, recipe found here
- One can sweetened condensed milk (la lechera, or other)
- powdered sugar
- fresh lime
Prepare crepes as directed in previous post. Drizzle with sweetened condensed milk, dust with powdered sugar and add just a touch of fresh lime. Provecho!
